Open to Parent's and family members of our TMB students

With every captivating performance, there is a dedicated team of behind-the-scenes helpers who work tirelessly to make the magic happen. Their hard work and seamless coordination ensure that every detail is perfect, allowing the audience to immerse themselves in the experience without a hint of the effort involved. It's this collaboration that transforms a simple production into a memorable event, showcasing the true art of theater.
 Volunteers are an essential part of what makes Texas Metropolitan Ballet's productions so special.
We invite the parent's of our TMB students to become an integral part of the Texas Metropolitan Ballet by volunteering and supporting our dancers and our productions.

Join us in making TMB's ballet performances unforgettable by volunteering backstage! We are always looking for dedicated individuals to be a critical component for roles such as stage crew, Dressing Room Helpers/Monitors, and Concessions. Volunteers are typically required to arrive 30 - 45 minutes before shows, and maintain a professional, discreet, and encouraging demeanor to support nervous dancers. They are also encouraged to attend  our in-studio dress rehearsal as well as the stage dress rehearsal.

While volunteering is not mandatory, your support is greatly appreciated.

You may sign up for more than one of the positions where volunteers are needed (as long as they don't conflict) and there is no need to sign up for every single performance.  You may choose which performances would be best for you.

Please Note:  It’s important to understand that your dancer's casting in performances or placement in classes is determined solely by their own dedication and effort.  A parent's volunteerism does not influence these decisions. Each student’s commitment to their growth and participation will ultimately shape their opportunities.

TMB's Spring Gala productions sometimes will call for more volunteers than other Spring Galas, but rarely does it require the number of volunteers as our Nutcracker production​​​
