Tuition & Fees

  • Texas Metropolitan Ballet Academy's Killeen dance studio tuition is calculated based on the number of classes per week times the number of weeks of classes per school year (vacation weeks are not counted in this calculation). This yearly total is divided evenly across all 10 months of the ballet studio's school year, from August to May or June, so that payments remain the same every month.  Due to the calendar and holidays, the number of classes taken per month may vary. Since all tuition calculations are based on the entire semester, installment payments are identical for months with and without holidays.

  • FAMILY DISCOUNT: Families enrolling more than one child will receive a 10% discount for 2nd and subsequent siblings being enrolled. Discounts apply to fees of equal or lesser value.

  • There are no credits or reimbursements for missed classes. Missed classes may be made up within the semester as long as students are still enrolled.  Students may make up classes in another class that is comparable in age and level with the director's permission.

  • Tuition is due at registration and, thereafter, on the 1st of each month.  A $10 late payment fee will be added if received after the 5th.  Checks returned with insufficient funds will be considered late and a late fee will be assessed as well as a $35 charge.

  • There is a yearly Registration fee of $40 per new student, and $35 registration fee for siblings and returning students.  Registration fee is non-refundable.

  • No statements will be issued.  Payments may be hand-delivered or mailed to the studio.  Payments mailed must be postmarked by the 1st and/or received by the 5th or a late fee will be applied.

  • For any cancelled classes, a credit will be offered against the next scheduled payment, or enrollment for the following semester for those students already paid in full.

  • Methods of payment accepted: cash, credit card, check, or money order.

  • Make payments out to Texas Metropolitan Ballet.

  • Payments can be made online as a one time payment or Auto Pay/Recurring Payment can be set up. ​

  • Auto Pay/Recurring Payments will be charged to the card on file on the 1st of each month. To opt out of Recurring Payments an email or signed written statement must be given to TMB stating that you wish to discontinue Recurring Payments.
